BEGINNING TO END,
Our goal is to transform your vision into reality on time and on budget, no matter the size, location, or delivery method.
OPTIMIZING VALUE, BEGINNING TO END
Using an integrated, collaborative, and proven approach, our construction teams are able to eliminate waste, keep clients engaged, and optimize value. It’s true – we’ve been lean before lean was the construction service du jour.
We also understand the importance of assigning the right team for every project.
They are listeners, doers, and innovators; they are purposely selected based on their previous experience applicable to the opportunity at hand. This does not change whether SoCal Technologies plays an active role early in the design phase or if we are brought in after full design documents are formalized.
THE GOLD STANDARD OF QUALITY
In the construction industry, the number one cause of loss is due to water infiltration. It is for this reason SoCal Technologies made the proactive investment of an in-house Building Envelope Specialist. Focusing on minute details that can contribute to water intrusion, we bring a practical depth of experience to support the project team and complement any third party consultant that may be engaged.
In addition, our one-year warranty walk allows us to check the performance of the building one year later, before system and component warranties end.
Other quality control methods ensure your investment is built to last:
-
- Mock-up installations
- Comprehensive plan review
- Diligent submittals management
- Millard “10-Foot Rule”
- Supporting comprehensive facilities management programs
